Crime Stoppers needs information a Theft and Burglary of a Habitation. The theft happened between August 28, and September 6, 2014. The Burglary of the Habitation happened September 29, 2014, between the hours of 5:30 AM and 6:30 PM. Both offenses happened at the same residence, located in the 6300 block of Kelly Drive, Sealy Ridge. Stolen items include a square "S" necklace, a butterfly necklace, a ladies gold Geneva quartz nugget bracelet watch with 6 diamonds, an outdoor fireplace ornamental iron screen, candle tower, and candle tower mount, wagon and pot plant, hose and reel, trash can. Estimated value of stolen items is over $4,200. 00.

This company had a similar theft in November 2013, and the same truck was stolen, in both instances the truck was recovered in Dallas. The stolen truck was a 2005 International 18 wheeler, white in color.
Unknown suspect(s) made entry onto the property, and burglarized 2 other vehicles, before they stole the truck.

Stolen items include 2 full sets of hand wrenches, 4 air impact wrenches, a Lincoln welder, 2 laser & receiver levelers, an 18 inch Stihl chain saw, 3 socket sets, 2 sawsalls, an electric drill, 2 battery powered drills, 6 round spools of electric wiring/ 12 gauge, 1 roll Romex, 3 shovels, 3 racks, 2/ 4’ levels, 4 floor jacks, and 2 floor dollies. The suspect(s) also broke the window of a company truck. Total value of this burglary, including the broken window is $7, 275.00.
