causing severe ruts and damaging the ground causing damage to equipment that mow and take care of the area, the area is located between the 2100 block and the 4000 of Acton Highway in
Acton, Texas in Hood County.
The person or persons involved have damaged a substantial amount of the unpaved road in Acton causing damage to grounds equipment.
