Opelika Police Investigators released a photo of two unknown subjects wanted for a felony theft investigation. The offense occurred, Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 2570 Enterprise Drive, Opelika, Alabama. Investigators say the pictured suspects stole a wallet containing credit cards from a customer’s purse while in the store.
Investigators say at about 1:53 p.m., surveillance video shows two suspects using one of the stolen credit cards at Sam’s Club on Bent Creek in Auburn, AL. The first suspect appears to be a white female wearing a white top and gray pants. The second suspect, a male, is seen wearing a blue sweater and jeans with black sneakers.
The suspects are wanted for theft of property 3rd degree, a class D felony.

The Opelika Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary and seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
Opelika Police Investigators released a photo of two unknown subjects wanted for a vehicle burglary that occurred on Friday, February 10, 2023, in the Planet Fitness parking lot located at 2500 Pepperell Parkway, Opelika, AL. Investigators say the pictured suspects, broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet containing multiple credit and debit cards. The cards were used at multiple Walmart stores shortly after the vehicle burglary and theft occurred.
Investigators say video surveillance shows the suspect using the stolen credit and debit cards at several Walmart locations. The first suspect was identified as a tall light skinned black male with several very distinctive tattoos. The second suspect, identified as a black female, can be seen wearing a black hat and appears to have a small faint crown tattoo on her left temple.
The suspects are wanted for unlawful breaking and entering into a vehicle and an ongoing theft of property investigation.
