The Prattville Police Department is investigating a felony theft of property and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
 
Prattville Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for theft of property 3rd degree. The offense occurred, Friday, November 8, 2022, at Home Depot, located at 2710 Legends Parkway, Prattville, Alabama. Investigators say the pictured suspect, described as a black male, entered the business, took merchandise, and left the business without paying. The suspect entered a four-door silver vehicle with no tag and left in an unknown direction.
 
The suspect is wanted for theft of property 3rd degree, which is a Class D felony.

The Montgomery Police Department is investigating a homicide and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
 
On July 3, 2022, police responded to the 6100 block of Boardwalk Boulevard (Reserve Apartments), Montgomery, Alabama, in reference to a fatal shooting. Upon arrival, police located the victim, an adult male, Deagan Miller, 21, of Montgomery, who sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. Miller was pronounced deceased on the scene. There is currently no additional information available.

On 11/04/2022, the Opelika Police Department responded to the Opelika SportsPlex, located at 1001 Andrews Road, in reference to several vehicle break-ins. The victims reported that the windows to their vehicles had been shattered and their purses and wallets were stolen.

The suspects left in a blue four door Hyundai Elantra. A short time later, multiple victim’s debit cards were fraudulently used at a Wal-Mart in Valley, AL. Surveillance video shows the suspects using the stolen debit cards to purchase gift cards. The first suspect, described as a black male, is seen wearing a black baseball hat, an orange and black hoodie, and gray sweatpants. The second suspect, described as a black female, is seen wearing a light colored shirt, jean jacket, and black pants.

Vehicle Break-In - Suspect Identified

UNLAWFUL BREAKING & ENTERING OF A VEHICLE - SUSPECT IDENTIFIED

 

The Millbrook Police Department notified Central Alabama CrimeStoppers that the suspect involved in the vehicle burglary that occurred, on October 21, 2022, was identified and warrants have been signed against him.
 
On November 10, 2022, the Millbrook Police Department requested the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle burglary suspect by providing a photo of the suspect to CrimeStoppers. CrimeStoppers later received an anonymous tip that assisted Millbrook Investigators with their case, identifying the suspect.
 
Thanks to the anonymous tip through CrimeStoppers, Robert Davis was identified as the suspect. The Millbrook Police Department charged Davis with Theft of Property 3rd and Unlawful Breaking and Entering into a Vehicle. Davis is currently at another detention facility on unrelated charges. Davis will be extradited to Millbrook upon his release.
