Case: MPD 20-00161910 Montgomery Police Department The Montgomery Police Department is attempting to locate the pictured suspect wanted for several Theft Investigations in Montgomery, AL. Montgomery Detectives advised the pictured subject was identified as B/M Felics Daniel, DOB:11/08/1985, and wanted for multiple theft investigations between August 24, 2020, through November 7, 2020. Daniel currently has two counts of Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree, 1 count each of Receiving Stolen Property 2nd and 3rd Degree, and his parole is revoked. The United States Marshals Fugitive Taskforce is searching for the location of Domestic Violence Offender Clifford Watts. Watts is described as a black male, 5’11” ft. in height, weighing approximately 235lbs (D.O.B. 5/19/1968). Investigators advise that Clifford Watts is wanted for the charge of Sex Abuse 1st degree and Violation of Community Notification Act. The warrants were secured on June 2, 2020. Unlawful Breaking into a Vehicle
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has previously been seeking the whereabouts of fugitive, William Dorman, 34. Investigators notified Central Alabama CrimeStoppers and advised Dorman had been located and was no longer being sought by law enforcement.
Dorman was originally wanted for theft of property 3rd degree and unlaw breaking and entering into a vehicle. Court documents indicated that Dorman unlawfully entered a 1999 Dodge Ram Truck without the consent of the owner and took property not belonging to him. On another occasion, Dorman stole a weed eater, pressure washer, chainsaw, and assorted tools belonging to another to exceed $500.00 but not $1,499.00 in value.
Investigators notified CrimeStoppers on June 28, 2024, and advised Dorman was taken into custody by law enforcement and is no longer wanted.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office notified Central Alabama CrimeStoppers and advised they located fugitive, Jeffery Hand, 59.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office requested public assistance locating Hand in January of 2019. Hand was profiled by CrimeStoppers on January 23, 2019.
Hand was wanted for failure to appear in reference to a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance felony warrant. Court documents indicate that Hand was in possession of cocaine, charged, and failed to appear for his court appearance that was scheduled in November of 2018.
CrimeStoppers was notified Monday, October 2, 2023, and advised that Hand was located and was no longer wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
