Wanted for Questioning - News Release 026/15
June 01, 2015

Crimestoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two males who are wanted for questioning in a case involving missing person David Pukahi.


On April 6, 2015, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Pukahi was last seen in the company of Gabriel Schimidt and possibly another male identified as Shawn Hardy.  They were seen leaving Emerson Road in a dark blue Chevrolet Silverado truck.  Pukahi has not been seen or heard from since.

Height:       6’0”  

Weight:      195 lbs.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in identifying a male who is wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide that occurred on November 9, 2014.

The victim, Thaddeus Piraga Jr., was last seen alive prior to 3:40 a.m. fronting 3446 Waialae Avenue selling newspapers.

Wanted for Questioning - News Release
April 20, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s

assistance in locating four males who are wanted for questioning in connection with the shooting that occurred on February 22, 2015, at approximately 5:30 a.m.

 

The two victims were travelling in a vehicle on Sand Island Road and were being chased by three other vehicles. The victim’s vehicle turned onto Auiki Street and one of the other vehicles pulled alongside, fired several shots, striking, and killing both victims.

African-American male in his

early twenties. Several of

the males wore black

bandanas.

Failure to Render Aid - News Release
April 15, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating the driver of a cream colored truck who struck a 14-year-old female as she crossed the access road of Pearlridge Shopping Center near First Hawaiian Bank on March 3, 2015, at approximately 3 p.m.  The female suffered injuries to her legs and hip and was treated for bruises and abrasions. The male driver stopped briefly said "sorry," then fled on Moanalua Road.

Witnesses Wanted for a Pedestrian Accident - News Release
January 20, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s

assistance in locating any witness to a pedestrian accident that occurred on

January 19, 2015, at approximately 8:12 p.m., on Salt Lake Boulevard near

Kahuapaani Street.

An elderly male was struck by a white 2004 four-door Suzuki while crossing Salt

Lake Boulevard from south to north. He was taken to the hospital in critical

condition where he remains in critical condition.



Failure to Render Aid - News Release 002/15
January 06, 2015

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating the driver of a light-colored pickup truck who struck two pedestrians near Sandy Beach.

On December 29, 2014, at approximately 6:20 p.m., witnesses observed a light colored pickup truck attempt to exit Sandy Beach at a high rate of speed. The driver was unable to maneuver the right turn and collided into two pedestrians on the shoulder area of Kalanianaole Highway near Kealahou Street. The driver did not stop and fled towards Waimanalo. One of the pedestrians remains in the hospital with multiple fractures.



Witnesses Wanted for a Murder in the Second Degree - News Release 050/14
December 24, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance for witnesses or information regarding a Murder in the Second Degree.

 

On December 23, 2014, at approximately 1:46 p.m., officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at the 3700 block of Round Top Drive.  Upon their arrival, officers located an unresponsive male with suspicious injuries.  The victim died as a result of the injuries.



Robbery Suspect - News Release 031/14
October 02, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for robbing the Kapahulu Chevron located at 407 Kapahulu Ave.

 

On October 2, 2014, a masked male entered the Chevron station, brandished a black colored handgun, and demanded money.  The male fled on foot in an unknown direction.

 

Suspect:  Unknown male

Race:        Asian

 Age:          20s

Height:     5’6”-5’8”

Weight:    140-160 lbs.

Clothing:  White long sleeve shirt, dark colored long pants, dark glasses, black cloth covering face, and a light colored fishing hat.

Harassment and Terroristic Threatening
September 25, 2014

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating witnesses and suspect(s) for harassment and terroristic threatening incidents that occurred in the Ewa Beach area.

On September 18, 2014, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a juvenile female and her younger brother were walking home on Keaunui Drive when a white paneled van drove by.  The passenger yelled out of his window, “get in the van,” and continued driving toward Fort Weaver Road.  At no time did the van stop.

On September 22, 2014, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a juvenile female was walking home on Holopapa Street at the intersection of Leleoi Street when an unknown male called out her name that was written on her backpack.  The male asked the girl to come with him to a grassy area nearby.  She refused and the male yelled, “you better come with me now or I am going to kill you.”  She fled and reported the incident.

Robbery Suspect
September 18, 2014

 CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’sassistance in locating a male who is wanted for robbing Longs Drugs located at 3221 Waialae Avenue.

On September 18, 2014, at approximately 5:10 a.m., the armed suspect, initially wearing a mask, walked into the Longs Drugs Kaimuki store and demanded money from two employees. The suspect exited the store with an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot.
