On February 5, 2012, the complainant left her residence locked and secured at approximately 12:30 p.m., upon returning at 4:30 p.m., found that her house had been entered and items missing. Surveillance video was reviewed and Goucher who was the complainant’s home care nurse was observed entering and removing the items that were missing. She was positively identified, located and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree. She has seventeen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On March 13, 2013, the complainant was shopping with her husband at the ABC store in Waikiki when the suspect sliced the complainant’s shoulder bag and removed her wallet. The complainant reported the incident and video surveillance was reviewed by officers. Tran was positively identified in the video and later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. Due to Tran prior trespass warning from the store she was also arrested for Burglary in the Second Degree.
Tran has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On August 7, 2015, at approximately 12:45 p.m., the complainant was sitting a the bus stop located on Hotel Street and Kaukaulike Street when a male approached and grabbed a chain around his neck and fled on foot. The complainant gave chase but was unable to catch the male. Officers reviewed a surveillance video from a nearby establishment and were able to identify Gargasin from previous encounters. He was located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. He is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On June 14, 2014, at approximately 3:00 a.m., an officer was flagged down by a male reporting that a male was causing a disturbance at a business in Waikiki. The officer identified the male as Nelson and found that he had an outstanding warrant. He was placed under arrest for the warrant and while being searched due to the arrest drugs was found in his pant pocket. Upon their arrival they met the victims who identified the female in the restroom. She was located, identified as Carlisle, and place under arrest for two counts of Terrortistic Threatening in the First Degree.
